Our pick: Fireflies.ai
Fireflies.ai is the best like-for-like switch: a free plan to test with, and a published ladder of seat prices if a team joins later. Stay with Otter if you only need solo transcripts and its free Basic plan is enough. Pick Notion only if the notes must live next to your docs.
