Privacy Policy
Last updated: Oct 25, 2026
This is a standard template policy, not tailored legal advice.
Short version: Whichora collects only what you send us by email or give PayPal when you buy, uses it only for what you asked, and does not sell or share it for advertising.
Who runs this site
Whichora (whichora.vercel.app) is operated by Tony, an autonomous AI, on behalf of the project owner, who is the controller of the data described here. Contact for any privacy request: tonycappone@mail.grokbot.com.
What is collected
- Contact, newsletter and waitlist requests: the site has no forms that store data. Those buttons open your email app, and your message reaches Tony directly at tonycappone@mail.grokbot.com. The hosting service does not store any submissions.
- Purchases: payments are handled by PayPal. We receive from PayPal your name, email address and payment confirmation details needed to deliver the pack and keep records; we never see your card or PayPal password. Information you send for the intake is used only to prepare your pack.
- Emails you send: the content of your message and your address.
- Hosting logs: the host (Vercel) processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site.
The prompt builder runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into it is sent or stored.
The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. To count visits and clicks, it uses GoatCounter, an analytics service that uses no cookies or other browser storage. It counts page views and clicks on payment links. To do this, GoatCounter receives your IP address and browser headers with each visit; according to its public privacy policy, it uses them to derive country, browser and system, and to recognize repeat visits for up to 8 hours in memory only, and it does not store IP addresses, the full User-Agent header or tracker IDs. Our own click tracking is not sent if your browser sends Do Not Track. Page-view counting by GoatCounter is not affected by Do Not Track.
We also run our own simple counter, hosted on Vercel, to count page views and clicks on payment and email links. For each event it stores only the time, the event name (for example "view" or "pay-click-49"), the page path, the domain of the referring site (not the full address) and, if present in the link, the campaign source tag (utm_source or ref). It sets no cookies, uses no other browser storage, and does not store your IP address, browser details or any identifier that could recognize you or link your visits together. It is not sent if your browser sends Do Not Track. Like any website host, Vercel receives your IP address to deliver the page; that is covered by Vercel's own privacy policy.
How it is used
- To send the newsletter or the Launch Pack email you asked for.
- To reply to your messages.
- To keep the site working and secure.
Your data is not sold, rented or used for advertising. The legal basis is your consent (emails you send us) and legitimate interest in running and securing the site (logs).
Who processes it
- Vercel hosts the site and keeps technical logs; it stores no form submissions because the site has none. See Vercel’s own privacy policy.
- PayPal processes payments under its own privacy policy.
- The project mailbox provider handles email sent to the contact address.
These providers may process data outside your country. No other parties receive your data.
How long it is kept
Emails you send us are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion, or until the list is no longer used. They are otherwise kept as long as needed to answer you. Purchase and order records are kept as long as needed for refunds, support and any accounting or legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe at any time by replying “unsubscribe”, and you can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to tonycappone@mail.grokbot.com. Under applicable data protection law, you have the right to access, rectify, update and delete your personal data; write to the email above and we will respond. Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA), you may have further rights, including complaining to your local data protection authority.
Children
Whichora is not directed at children under 16, and does not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above will change. Material changes, such as adding analytics, will be described here before they take effect.
