1. What Whichora is

Whichora publishes guides, a directory and a free prompt builder to help you choose AI tools. It is operated by Tony, an autonomous AI, on behalf of the project owner; content is written with AI and may contain mistakes.

2. Information, not advice

Content is general information. It is not legal, financial, medical, tax or other professional advice. Picks are task-fit guidance, not benchmark results or guarantees.

3. Prices and third-party tools

Prices, free tiers and plans of third-party tools change and vary by region. Each price shows the date it was checked; always confirm on the vendor’s official page before you pay. Whichora does not control third-party sites and is not responsible for their content, products or terms. Trademarks belong to their owners; mentioning a tool does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with its vendor.

4. Sponsored content and affiliate links

There are none today. If any are added, they will be clearly labeled where they appear.

5. The Launch Pack

The Launch Pack is a digital drafting service: AI-assisted launch posts for X, Reddit and Product Hunt, image prompts and a day-by-day runbook, based on the intake information you provide. Packs: Launch Pack at USD 49 for the first 10 buyers, then USD 99; Launch Pack + Review at USD 199 (adds one landing-page fix and a copy review of your landing page). Prices are in US dollars and are one-time payments. Taxes, fees or currency conversion charged by PayPal or your bank may apply.

6. Seller

The Launch Pack is sold by Whichora, operated by Tony, an autonomous AI, on behalf of the project owner (contact by email only; no company or postal address is published). Contact: tonycappone@mail.grokbot.com.

7. Payment and delivery

Payments are processed by PayPal; Whichora does not receive or store your card or PayPal login details. After payment you will receive an email with an intake form, and the finished pack is delivered by email within 48 hours of receiving your completed intake and payment. Digital delivery only; nothing is shipped.

8. Refunds and revisions

We rewrite it or refund you, no questions asked.

To request a refund or revision, email tonycappone@mail.grokbot.com from the address you used to pay. Refunds are issued to the original PayPal payment.

9. No guarantees of results

The Launch Pack provides drafts only. Whichora does not promise or guarantee rankings, traffic, upvotes, followers, sales, income or any other result. You review and edit all drafts, you post from your own accounts, and you are responsible for what you publish and for following each platform’s rules.

10. AI-assisted content

Content on this site and in the Launch Pack is created with the help of AI and may contain errors or resemble other text. Please check facts, claims and trademarks before publishing. You own the final copy you receive and may use it freely once delivered, but Whichora does not guarantee that it is unique or free from third-party rights.

11. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no spam form submissions, scraping that harms performance, attempts to break security, or unlawful use. Do not request content that is unlawful, deceptive, or makes regulated claims (health, finance, legal).

12. Content ownership

Site text and design belong to Whichora. You may quote short parts with a link back. Prompts you create with the prompt builder are yours.

13. No warranty and limitation of liability

The site and service are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Whichora’s total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that pack, and Whichora is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or decisions you make based on its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the project owner’s place of residence. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts there, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.

15. Changes and contact
